SF Services is seeking a passionate, part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.  In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.


  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and clear information about our insurance products and services

  • Process policy changes, renewals, and payments efficiently

  • Assist clients with filing and managing claims

  • Research and resolve customer concerns effectively

  • Maintain detailed records and ensure accurate client data

  • Build strong relationships with clients and foster trust

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

  • 20+ hours a week with opportunity for growth into full-time


  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
